- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a client of Karen's for 11 years and see her weekly. I have a several chronic back and neck issues that keep me from being mobile at times and she has always been accommodating with my schedule. I appreciate this as I know she is a 1 person shop and her schedule is usually full a week out. If I call her same day to let her know that I will not be able to make it in she has never charged me a cancellation fee as she is aware that those with chronic illnesses can have issues come up quickly. All she requests from clients is that they call her ahead to let her know they are not going to be able to make the appointment. If you are looking for a message therapist that understands the needs of those with chronic issues, does wonderful deep tissue work and truly cares about her clients then you need to give her a call. As an entrepreneur myself I appreciate the level of service I receive from her as a client and value the friendship we have forged over the years.March 09, 2017by Jenn Lewis
