- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I don't know if the staff is incapable or just unwilling to problem solve or provide adequate customer service. The nurses aren't the problem. Waited 3 months to get my daughter vaccinated, then they say they don't have the shot, don't know when they'll have it (2 weeks before school). Oh but they found time to call me to say they won't provide a note so I can take her to another place because they have the vaccination at other locations. Really?
